**Open Office – 4site Own Office Interiors, Bengaluru, India**

This versatile studio fosters collaboration and creativity with “PLUG n PLAY” tables, modular MS cubes that double as storage and seating, and reused tyres for lounge seating. Task-specific LED lighting enhances focus, while team-created graphic wall art adds a personal touch. Completed in just 7 weeks within a ₹4.8 lakh budget, the design reflects efficiency, sustainability, and innovation.

To create the “NON – BUILDING” with dominance of nature and buddhist heritage

**Greenwood Greens** is a sustainable office space in North Bangalore near Manyata Tech Park, designed to reconnect urban life with nature. Featuring vertical urban farming through planter boxes on the façade, it promotes safe food production, reduces energy use, and creates a green, comfortable environment, setting a model for a sustainable urban future.

**GREEN UMBRELLA** is a flexible holiday home designed for family retreats, later adaptable into two 2 BHK units. It features submerged spaces for summer comfort, reduced southwest openings to minimize heat, and a northeast atrium for natural light and ventilation, blending sustainability with adaptability.

The **Urban Center** focuses on experimentation, while the **Urban Hub** showcases results for public input. Linked by an **Urban Avenue**, the design connects a transport hub to research spaces, creating a think tank to address urban needs and plan the city’s future.

**The Plastreen: Plastic + Green Installation**

Displayed at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre, *The Plastreen* is a 6-meter hyperboloid structure made from discarded plastic bottles. Its plastic exterior contrasts with a lush green interior, symbolizing the tension between waste and nature’s resilience. This zero-waste installation highlights sustainability and encourages reflection on our impact on the environment.

Belaku, near Bengaluru, features a 2BHK tenant house and a duplex home, blending natural light and Vaastu principles. Design highlights include wide north-east openings, a ventilation corridor, and a unifying C-shaped layout with Brick Jali for privacy and diffused light.
