The clubhouse includes amenities such as a gym, spa, salon, supermarket, pet grooming, swimming pool, and indoor sports arena, along with spaces for events and gatherings. A multi-level lawn functions as an amphitheater, while the café sits within a double-height volume with a skylight. The development also features a futuristic glass-encased sales office surrounded by water and a 40 m watchtower with a viewing deck and café at the top.

Retail areas have a dedicated pedestrian entry, while office spaces are accessed through a 154 sq. ft. lobby with vertical circulation via a staircase and lift. Vehicular access to basement parking is well-defined, ensuring smooth flow. A conservancy lane at the rear adds flexibility for service or secondary access, enhancing overall convenience and user experience.

The design was to achieve a naturally breathing open space in a well developed compact structure. The porous ground level was designed to showcase the margin between public – vehicular circulation, common areas- civic services.  The stacks are placed in a row for the uniformity of the overall scheme.

This high density institutional program has been broken down into two phases and as well as two different age groups. The separation of Residential PU college and Residential School was created by making their entries perpendicular to each other on North and East respectively.

Located in a row of weavers' houses, it addresses light and ventilation challenges through creatively rotated bricks at 45°, 90°, and 135°, ensuring privacy, airflow, and rain protection while harmonizing with the old town context.

The 1.5 KM long approach road from the Main Road to site is by Mud Road at the top of site. The same road leads down to all the facilities of entire site.
