Situated atop a hill adjacent to the highway, it has the potential to become a landmark for the city. All service and circulation cores have been strategically placed on the west side (on rear side), while the main functional spaces occupy the east side, ensuring abundant natural light and uninterrupted sea views. Floors one through five primarily accommodate guest rooms, while the topmost floor (sixth) features public amenities such as a swimming pool deck, pub, restaurant, and wellness and recreation areas. Public areas feature large-span layouts, minimizing columns to maintain uninterrupted flow. Balconies and breakout spaces on the ground floor are naturally cooled through landscaping. The sixth floor offers extensive outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy sea views and natural breezes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The basements accommodate car parking and essential service areas, including the pump room and STP.
