GREEN UMBRELLA = HOLIDAY HOME + GREEN FEATURES<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HOLIDAY HOME <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The challenge was to create a \u2018Holiday home\u2019 for client\u2019s entire family for the first 10 years and later convert it into two distinguished 2 BHK units for their Son and Daughter.
We had to create a large green footprint to create a Holiday home environment, after adding ancillary areas, it would be an overwhelming structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GREEN FEATURES <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To mitigate this we created submerged living spaces for pleasant summer stays, making it a grounded structure and creating distinguished living spaces for different seasons.
Least fenestration of south west facade resulting in lesser heat gain and the triple height atrium in North east brings in enough of light and ventilation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GREEN UMBRELLA is a repsonse to our client’s requirement of a HOLIDAY HOME sustaining flexible usage with the time along with active and passive GREEN FEATURES.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

**GREEN UMBRELLA** is a flexible holiday home designed for family retreats, later adaptable into two 2 BHK units.
