The Vizag Aurea is a visionary 5-star hotel planned near Rushikonda Beach in Visakhapatnam. Situated atop a hill adjacent to the highway, it hasthe potential to become a landmark for the city. The entry to the site is 12m wide road through the PM Ekta mall road.
The project is designed considering the view towards the sea on east side. All service and circulation cores have been strategically placed on thewest side (on rear side), while the main functional spaces occupy the east side, ensuring abundant natural light and uninterrupted sea views. Thedesign also minimizes the amount of hill excavation required for the building’s profile.
