The VMP Clubhouse was designed as a social and recreational hub for a residential community. The architectural vision was to create a fluid structure characterized by expansive open spaces and seamless spatial continuity. The structural system consists of columns, beams, and slabs where the columns organically merge into the slabs, forming smooth curved geometries that reinforce the fluid architectural language.

The clubhouse integrates a wide range of public amenities including a pet grooming center, supermarket, hair salon, spa, gymnasium, swimming pool, and an indoor sports arena. The facility also serves as a venue for community gatherings, private parties, and public events.
A large multi-level lawn forms a central outdoor gathering space, gently stepping across different levels to function as an amphitheater. The rooftop accommodates a cricket play area, offering an additional recreational space for residents.

The café is housed within a double-height volume illuminated by a skylight, creating a vibrant and inviting ambience while visually connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces, including views toward the swimming pool.

The development also includes a dedicated sales office designed with a futuristic architectural expression. The office is surrounded by a water body and is conceived as a two-level structure enclosed within a glass, egg-like form. Its interiors are designed as open and fluid spaces, allowing visitors to move freely through the environment.

Complementing the clubhouse is a striking 40-meter-tall watchtower that acts as a landmark within the development. The tower features a vertical circulation core with glazed openings that allow visitors to experience panoramic views as they ascend. At the top, a viewing deck and café provide an elevated vantage point overlooking the surrounding landscape.

The connecting staircase serves as more than mere circulation; it is a sensory descent where the atmosphere transitions from openness into deep shade and thickened greenery. As it nears the base, the path bifurcates into two distinct flows, opening onto informal seating spaces that overlook the landscape, inviting a final moment of stillness and observation.
