The homestay is envisioned as a futuristic abode that offers a retreat from the intensity of urban life. Its distinctive form establishes an engaging framework to explore human movement and spatial experience. Inspired by the surrounding landscape and natural boulders, the structure emerges as an organic extension of its context. Mirroring the sculpted exterior, the interiors unfold as fluid, continuous spaces that create varied experiential moments beyond the conventional. The outer shells are strategically oriented to capture soft, diffused north light, allowing the interiors to remain naturally illuminated while maintaining a calm and contemplative atmosphere.
The spatial organization comprises a reception lobby that seamlessly merges with the living area, two guest bedroom wings, kitchen and dining spaces, and a separate dormitory block. All blocks are oriented towards an artificial lake, conceived as a site-level catchment feature, strengthening both visual connection and environmental performance. Deck areas and infinity pools define the semi-open transition zones, mediating between interior and exterior while enhancing the immersive relationship between architecture and landscape.
